The main purpose of Cheat Engine is to allow for complex modifications of the system memory to achieve in-game tricks. Many different PC games contain Easter eggs, cheat codes and even bugs which are activated by certain resources and key combinations other games don't have known cheats which can be activated without a trainer or a program like Cheat Engine.
